How to stuff your Squish-Mallow
 
Remove the provided stuffing from its bag and gently tease the stuffing to make it soft and fluffy ready for placing inside your new fluffy friend, The more time you take to tease and pull the stuffing, the softer your new friend will be.  
 
Take your unstuffed squish mallow and open the bottom. The outer opening is Velcro (usually with a fabric safety strip across the coarse side of the Velcro which will need removing when you wish to finally close your squish- mallow) and the inner opening is a one-way zipper, do not pull this zipper until you have completely stuffed and given your squish mallow at heart, as once closed it can not be reopened.
 
 You may now start to stuff your squish-mallow making sure as you  fill it you push the fibre to the top of the squish mallow. Your squish mallow should use up all the fibre in the bag provided.  
 
Next it's time to take the provided heart and add it to your squish mallow just like you did to add the stuffing. Before you add it to your squish mallow, you need to activate the heart.
 
Here’s how.
        Rubbing the charm on your chest to give your new friend love.
        Rubbing the charm on your head to give your new friend brains.
        Squeezing the charm in your hand to give your new friend courage.
        Rubbing the charm on your cheek to make your new friend a little cheeky!
    Balancing the charm on your nose and spinning in circles to add fun to your new friend
        Throwing the charm into the air and then catching it to give your new friend dreams.
 
    
After everything has been placed inside of your new friend, close the internal opening by using the zipper (which should have a piece of thread to use as a handle). Once this zipper is closed, remove the thread by cutting with a pair of scissors.  This should stop little hands from gaining access to the stuffing. 
PLEASE NOTE: If you ever need to gain access to your bear or animal, a paperclip can be used to "hook" the zip and open it up.
 
Now you are ready to close the outer Velcro opening which will usually have a fabric safety strip covering one side of the Velcro (the coarse side) when you first get your teddy bear or animal making kit. This fabric strip (if in place) should be removed which will then make it possible to Velcro the opening shut.  It should be possible to close your bear so that the opening is hardly visible to the eye.
 
Finally it's time to name your new best friend. Fill out the included birth certificate and officially welcome your new fluffy friend into the world...  Make sure to show them around, offer them a cup of tea and maybe a biscuit or three!
